I conduct all signings myself to ensure you receive qualified professional services.
I can explain all the paperwork to the client, or provide witness only services.
I will travel to client's office, home, or neutral location to provide notary services.
I provide signing appointments in my office at a reduced fee.
Loan document packages can be received by my office via overnight courier, fax or email.
Facsimile or e-mail transmission require an additional fee.

All notarizations require proper identification. To have your signature notarized you must provide one of the following:
- California Drivers License or ID card issued by the California DMV
- Drivers license issued by a state other than California or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue drivers' licenses
- US passport
- Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and naturalization service
- US Military identification card
- An inmate identification card issued on or after January 1, 1988, by the Department of Corrections, if the inmate is in custody
- An inmate identification card issued prior to January 1, 1988, by the Department of Corrections, if the inmate is in custody
All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. ID must be current, or have been issued within the last 5 years.
Documents I am unable to notarize:
Incomplete documents, wills, immigration documents, copies of birth, death or marriage records, copies of any documents (except Powers of Attorney & Document Custodian), photographs, faxed or copied signatures.
Note: I am not bilingual, and can only conduct signings in English.
